It is of utmost importance that this concept is communicated, as it has some unique and very important benefits over other geoengineering options being considered.  It most likely will not harm the environment and it has the potential to solve other dire problems in addition to global warming including mitigation of hurricanes and tornado's, fighting large wildfires and enabling cloud moisture to carry into drought-stricken areas.
