It seems that the Atmospheric Vortex Engine (or tower), originally planned to produce energy, is probably one of the best solution to "diminish the amount of climate change".<br><br>

If it works (first probation is planned next year by the French group BOUYGUES), it shall be possible to produce a huge amount of cheep hydrogen. (As far as hydrogen is extracted from sea water, this shall be an endless resource).<br><br>

As hydrogen is able to replace all other sources of energy, it shall be possible to interrupt the main source of CO2 production. At the same time, this kind of plant produce a grat quantity of cool air and has a positive effect on the climate - in the same way that a natural hurricane.<br><br>
